We’re looking for someone to join Carr Lyons, a specialist financial services recruitment firm based in London, on a 3-month contract to help us update and enhance our candidate and client database.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call through our existing recruitment database to confirm and update candidate and client details
- Identify potential leads and business development opportunities
- Record accurate, high-quality information in our CRM system
- Provide feedback and insights on market trends or opportunities uncovered during calls
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and a confident phone manner
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or lead generation preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
