CarrLyons is partnering with a leading European bank to find a DCM Credit Syndicate Manager to join their Global Capital Markets division in the City of London. This is a front-line role at the heart of a bond syndicate desk – pricing and executing public market bond mandates, working directly between issuers, DCM and investors on new issues. You'll have real transaction leadership, direct client exposure, and the chance to shape strategic initiatives on a growing platform.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading transactions and strategic initiatives across the Capital Markets team
  • Pricing and executing bond mandates end-to-end, with exposure across Credit, FI, hybrid capital, LM and ESG
  • Delivering pricing insight and staying ahead of Eurobond market developments
  • Building high-level client relationships through clear, expert advice
  • Partnering with Sales to align execution with investor sentiment
  • Overseeing governance, operational controls and regulatory compliance (UK & EU)

What we're looking for:

  • Strong expertise in syndicate workflow, credit, FI sector and market risk
  • Proven bond syndication experience
  • Credit, Financial Institutions and hybrid structuring background (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills across matrix organisations
  • High integrity, commercial focus and a proactive, self-motivated approach
  • Bloomberg, Excel and Word proficiency; AI/coding familiarity a plus
