Fund Finance Associate - Origination

Our client is seeking an Associate Vice President (AVP) to join their dynamic NAV Finance team – based in London. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across private market fund financing, including secondaries, buyouts, infrastructure, and real estate.

The Role

You will support the execution, structuring, and management of NAV Facilities across EMEA. This includes working with internal stakeholders (credit, legal, operations, risk) and gaining exposure to deal origination, legal structuring, and complex fund arrangements. You'll also help build relationships with clients to identify future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage NAV facility transactions and amendments.
• Collaborate with risk, legal, and operations teams across jurisdictions (Frankfurt, Paris, Brussels, etc.).
• Support credit, financial, and legal analysis to ensure smooth deal execution.
• Engage with clients and internal teams to spot cross-selling opportunities (e.g., FX, derivatives).
• Maintain high-quality reporting and support portfolio management.
