We’re looking for an Assistant Vice President – Leveraged Finance Business Manager to join a specialised execution and operations function, supporting deal teams across the full leveraged finance lifecycle. This is a high‑visibility role at the centre of execution, process improvement, and cross‑department coordination.

Responsibilities- Operational Excellence
- Act as a centre of excellence for processes, controls, and execution standards
- Review, design, and implement improvements to workflows and systems
- Maintain process manuals and ensure consistent adoption across teams
- Identify post‑deal process gaps and drive corrective actions
- Deal Execution Support
- Support leveraged finance deal teams through the full execution cycle
- Manage deal pipelines, timelines, and key milestones
- Resolve operational issues and ensure adherence to internal policies
- Track signing/closing dates and maintain accurate data for planning
- Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the first point of contact for operational queries and policy interpretation
- Build strong relationships across front office, Legal, Compliance, KYC, and Operations
- Coordinate special projects, regulatory initiatives, and process rollouts
- Communicate procedural changes and assess their impact on the business
