Our client, a European bank, are looking for a Director to join their DCM Syndicate team based in London.
Main Responsibilities:
- Primary Focus on SSA Syndicate and MTNs: Lead execution of SSA bond deals and head the MTN platform, driving both strategic and transactional growth in these areas.
- Client Engagement and Mandate Origination: Maintain strong relationships with frequent SSA borrowers, working closely with the SSA DCM team to originate and execute deals.
- Execution and Strategy: Responsible for full lifecycle of bond deals—client updates, marketing, pricing, and allocation—while shaping SSA strategy with the Head of Syndicate.
- Cross-Product Involvement: Engage with other capital market products including Financials, ABS, Global Corporates, and the bank's funding instruments.
- Performance and Target Accountability: Expected to meet regulatory, business, and financial targets aligned with broader Capital Markets and Bank strategy.
