Support Practitioner – Tain
Carr Gomm is a leading social care and community development charity. We run a Home‑Based Respite service in Tain, supporting carers by giving them a break while ensuring the people they care for continue to receive the help they need at home. The role involves delivering person‑centred support, helping people with daily routines, meaningful activities, and practical tasks such as meal preparation, medication, and personal care, so they can maintain independence and stay engaged in familiar surroundings.
Responsibilities
- Build strong, trusting relationships with people and their families.
