Carr Gomm is seeking a Team Facilitator to join our social care service in Lochgilphead, supporting people across Mid-Argyll to live well in their own homes.
You will work closely with the Service Manager, helping run the service day to day and stepping in with hands-on support.
You’ll mentor your colleagues, provide guidance, contribute to service planning and quality assurance, and help ensure the team delivers person-centred care in line with Scottish social care standards.
