The Role

We are seeking an organised and confident Technology Trainer to join the Technology & Innovation team on a maternity cover basis. This role is responsible for delivering technology training to new joiners and existing staff across the firm, ensuring employees are confident and effective in their use of core business systems and tools. The Technology Trainer plays a key role in supporting onboarding, maintaining training materials, and helping staff adopt new technologies. The role will also support firm-wide training initiatives, including training programmes related to our document management systems and other core platforms.
You will work closely with colleagues across Technology, HR, and business services teams to ensure training is delivered consistently and aligned with operational needs.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Training delivery
- Deliver structured technology induction training for new joiners
- Run training sessions for core business systems and productivity tools
- Deliver training in both in-person and virtual formats using Microsoft Teams
- Support large-scale technology training initiatives across the firm
- Maintain and update training materials including scripts, slide decks, and training guides
- Develop new training resources where required, including training videos and documentation
- Ensure training materials remain aligned with current systems and processes
- Maintain training resources on the firm's intranet
- Provide technology training as part of the firm’s onboarding programme
- Support new joiners as they become familiar with firm systems and tools
- Act as a point of contact for technology-related training queries
- Work with Technology teams to stay informed about system changes that affect training
- Liaise with business services teams to tailor training where appropriate
- Communicate clearly with training participants and stakeholders regarding training sessions
- Schedule training sessions and manage invitations
- Maintain records of training attendance and completion
- Coordinate materials required for induction sessions
- Support the delivery of security awareness training across the firm
Skills And Experience We’re Looking For
- Professional experience
- Experience delivering training or learning programmes within a professional or corporate environment.
- Experience supporting the rollout or adoption of business systems or technology platforms is beneficial.
- Confident presenter able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with staff across the organisation.
- Experience delivering both in-person and remote training sessions.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple training sessions and priorities.
- Attention to detail when maintaining documentation and training materials.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of training delivery.
- Essential: Microsoft Office applications

What We Offer
- 25 days’ holiday, increasing by 1 day per year up to our maximum of 28 days.
