We are now looking for a driven and self‐motivated Finance Broker to join our team in North London. As a Finance Broker, you will act as the key intermediary between customers, lenders, and dealerships. You will guide customers through the full vehicle finance journey, from the initial application through to finance approval, vehicle payout, and dealership handover. This is a customer‐focused role for someone who enjoys sales, problem‐solving, and building strong relationships. There is no cold‐calling — you will be working with customers who have already shown interest in financing a vehicle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed phone and online consultations to understand each customer's budget, lifestyle, credit profile, and vehicle requirements
  • Assess customer affordability and eligibility for vehicle finance
  • Prepare, package, and submit finance proposals to a broad panel of specialist lenders
  • Negotiate with lenders to secure competitive and suitable finance options
  • Liaise directly with dealerships and vehicle suppliers to source vehicles, arrange paperwork, and coordinate payment transfers
  • Complete KYC checks, verify identity and income, and ensure all finance agreements meet FCA and internal compliance standards
  • Manage customers through the full buying journey, from finance approval to vehicle collection
  • Maintain an organised sales pipeline and follow up with customers effectively
  • Deliver clear advice, excellent service, and a smooth customer experience throughout
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in vehicle finance, financial services, or a similar sales environment
  • Knowledge of vehicle insurance products would be beneficial
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
