We’re offering an exceptional opportunity for experienced flooring professionals to step into a business owner opportunity, with a flooring store which has been established for over 40 years!
Whether you\’re ready to take on a Franchise from day one, or would prefer to start as a salaried Store Manager and build up to ownership, we’ll back you with the support, infrastructure and financial assistance you need to succeed.
About the Role
As the Store Manager (or Franchisee Owner), you will be responsible for:
- Leading daily store operations and team performance
- Delivering outstanding service and advice to every customer
- Visiting customers’ homes to measure and quote with confidence
- Managing inventory, displays and operational standards
- Driving local marketing and sales growth
- Overseeing financial performance, costs and profitability
This is a hands-on role requiring strong commercial acumen and a passion for retail excellence. You’ll need to be confident with in-home consultations, customer quoting, and managing your branch like it’s your own — because it can be.
