The Company are a specialist Commercial Flooring Contractor with a Growing Reputation for the quality of their work, particularly in the Retail and Fit Out sectors and have a young and dynamic team that work quickly to win Business and then deliver an excellent finish every time.
They are now seeking an experienced Flooring Professional with Energy, Enthusiasm and the Contacts to build great ongoing relationships with their customers and to help manage multiple works across their given area.
The role is to oversee the delivery for our clients operations centred in the North West but covering the M6 Corridor down to Stoke too, initially they are open to potential Home Working / Office splits as required to get the work done as well as time at site predominantly as necessary.
Our clients are keen to find an energetic and driven Commercial Flooring Project Manager, they are looking for a spark and an entrepreneurial vigour to the way things are done, this is an ethos that has served them well and our clients are keen to build upon this with their future team building plans.
Briefly, you will have the following attributes
- You will be an experienced Commercial Flooring Professional.
- Ideally from a Contract / Project Manager type background within a Commercial or Contract Flooring Business.
- You will have the Drive, Energy and Enthusiasm required to make an immediate contribution to our busy clients operations.
- You will have strong Technical Knowledge of Commercial Flooring Products and their installation.
- You will have the required IT Skills and competency (ideally in Callidus or other similar Quantification Software Packages as well as Microsoft Office Suite) to do a professional job every time at the speed that our clients are used to working and be capable of hitting the ground running, delivering Projects on time and to budget every time.
- Great Presentation and Interpersonal Skills.
- Ideally you will have a great network of contacts and Fitting teams that you can introduce to the business as required (this is not essential but obviously is of use).
- Firm but fair management style with ability to manage suppliers and Labour as required.
- Sales Driven, enthusiastic, Hungry.
Located ideally in the North West area though this is open as stated to discussion for the right candidate and a mix of Office / Home working can be arranged for a candidate that is prepared to travel around the area to be covered.
In Return our clients are offering an attractive negotiable package in the £50-60k Range.
