Carpet Roles UK are delighted to be assisting our clients, a 3rd party Recruiter who are working with a leading player in the Commercial and Industrial Resin Flooring Market in their search for a Senior Contract Manager. You will be an experienced Commercial Flooring Professional from a Resin / Industrial Floors background.
The ideal candidate would have a strong knowledge of Epoxy Resin or Concrete floor finishing with the capacity to learn the Epoxy Resin elements. We are advised to give due consideration to experienced Commercial Flooring and Screeding Candidates that have the skills and the knowledge to adapt their appreciation of the elements below in terms of preparation ahead of applying the Resin or Concrete finishes and paints etc that our clients provide as part of their extensive portfolio of Industrial and Commercial Flooring Finishes.
Handling multiple projects, you will be responsible for all aspects of running the Contract from start to finish, on time to standard and on budget! Projects are located nationwide, this role will be to look after works across the Midlands and North but we are looking for project managers within a commutable distance to the Leicestershire area.
- Valid Black CSCS card / NVQ6 Construction Management.
- Experience with Epoxy Resin / Strong background in Concrete / Industrial Flooring works with the interest to learn.
- Living within a commutable distance to the Leicestershire area as our clients have offices there.
The Brief for this role is to cover the Midlands and the North running several live projects at a time. Ideally, you will have a track record of dealing with Tier One Contractors. You will be confident of bringing in additional business opportunities as you carry out your duties too.
