Carpet Roles UK are delighted to be assisting their clients, a fast growing Hertfordshire based Flooring Contractors in their search for an additional Commercial Flooring Contract Manager / Project Manager / Site Manager to work on projects throughout the M25 and South East Region.
Our Clients have a growing reputation for the quality of their works across the following sectors:
- Fit Out Flooring packages
- Commercial Works
- Residential / New Build Projects
This role will be a key one helping to manage various Jobs across the area, you will be:
- Working Closely in conjunction with the Project Management team.
- Ensuring Materials and Labour are where they need to be.
- Overseeing the Quality of installations and ensuring standards are high.
- Supporting Client Contacts on Site and reporting any issues or concerns to managers as promptly as possible.
In a nutshell, you will be our clients eyes and ears on the projects worked and will represent the company in all cases professionally and courteously.
The Person we see fitting into a role like this will be:
- A Flooring professional from either a Project Management or Supervisory background with previous experience of installing various types of flooring into different environments.
- You will be well organised with an eye for detail and capable of keeping accurate records and communicating via emails etc.
- You will be happy dealing with Trades and Management on a daily basis, communicating concerns professionally and promptly to ensure smooth ongoing works and operations.
- Confident dealing with Client management on Site and again, forwarding any issues to the Project Management team promptly.
- Must have a current valid UK Driving License.
