Our clients, who are based in Cambridgeshire are a specialist Flooring Contractor to the Commercial Construction / Main Contractor market and are a growing Family run operation with a solid reputation and a track record across three key areas of their Business with a close working relationship with their large client roster, offer a genuinely warm and friendly working environment and opportunity to progress your career and to be well rewarded whilst doing so.
They are seeking an energetic Flooring Professional that can become a key part of their team and augment and cooperate with the existing senior management and carry out a broad range of duties from Surveying through preparing Estimates and Pricing to help win business then run jobs and deliver great service for their clients.

- Main Contractor / Construction Experienced Commercial Flooring Project / Contract Manager.
- Knowledge / Experience of Fitting Carpets and Flooring and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work as part of a family run team.
- Excellent Product knowledge.
- Great Contacts.
- Ability to relate to Clients and Fitters in a Professional Manner.
- Delivery of Projects on time at Cost is key.
- Comfortable with IT and communicating via various channels (Phone, email, Whattsapp etc..) as well as bespoke Estimating software etc..
- Hungry to build a great career with a real prospect of a senior management role down the line on offer here.
In return our clients are offering an attractive (negotiable) package in the region £50-60k per year to start plus Bonuses, Company Vehicle, Phone etc.
Additionally there is a great opportunity here for the right person to develop a key role in the future of the Business.
You will be located within 30-40 miles of Cambridge and prepared to travel regionally to carry out the role.
