Job Purpose
To design, develop, maintain and enhance case and workflow management solutions using LexisNexis Visualfiles, supporting the operational and strategic objectives of the business.
The Visualfiles Developer will work closely with internal stakeholders and IT teams to streamline business processes, improve system efficiency, and ensure robust, scalable, and user-friendly applications that align with compliance and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to organisational standards and industry best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, giving and receiving constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables and requesting specific feedback.
- Continuously work on improving code quality.
- Maintain a strong focus on delivering high-quality features on time while balancing productivity with the need for thorough testing and refinement.
