The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 £ per year.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Complex Recoveries Legal Advisor to join the team. The role involves managing a full caseload of high‐volume, high‐value (over £10,000) litigated RTA recovery cases, delivering high‐quality claims handling and maximising recoveries within agreed timescales to support the overall success of the business.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage a full caseload of high‐value litigated recovery files using the firm's case management system.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates on the case management system.
  • Progress cases efficiently using appropriate communication methods.
  • Provide professional, timely legal advice to clients with regular communication and expectation management.
  • Take a commercial and practical approach to settlement negotiations and risk advice.
  • Support team performance against recovery and lifecycle targets without compromising integrity.
  • Liaise with sources, experts, third‐party insurers, and other stakeholders.
  • Perform effectively in a target‐driven environment.

Experience & Knowledge

  • Experience managing a full caseload of litigated RTA recovery or ULR claims is essential.
  • Working knowledge of liability issues, including the Road Traffic Act and Article 75.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable background in customer or stakeholder‐focused environments – with a strong focus on delivering quality service to clients and the wider firm.
  • Competence using case management systems and MS Office.
  • High attention to detail, organisation, and commitment to quality service.
