Position
Private Client Solicitor, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, Estate Administration, Permanent, Wallington
A Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive is required by a well-established High-Street Practice which has been operating as a family friendly practice for over 100 years in Wallington.
We are a traditionally run firm of Solicitors with modern and highly trained principles.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years PQE to join the team and become part of a busy, thriving department.
The Role & Responsibilities
·Undertaking wills, lasting powers of attorney, Court of Protection applications and estate administration.
·Processing matters according to the Lexcel Practice Management Standard.
·Attending to clients in the office and staying connected by post, telephone, and email.
·Training and supervising support staff.
·Recording chargeable and non- chargeable time.
Preferred Experience
STEP and SFE qualified is an advantage
