The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced
Senior Interior Design & FF&E Coordinator to support the delivery of a significant private residential project in Dubai.
Working directly with Christophe, you will coordinate the interior design and FF&E workstream, translating creative direction into clear research, accurate schedules and organised project delivery.
What you will do
- Coordinate the Dubai interior design and FF&E workstream
- Liaise with the external project manager, consultants and suppliers
- Research furniture, materials, products and suppliers
- Prepare clear options and supporting information for review
- Maintain FF&E schedules, specifications and decision records
- Track actions, approvals, deadlines and outstanding information
- Support procurement, installation and delivery coordination
- What we are looking for
- Typically five or more years’ relevant experience
- Background in interior design, interior architecture or architecture
- Strong understanding of FF&E processes
- Experience supporting complex live projects
- Confidence working with drawings, schedules and specifications
- Strong Auto CAD capability
- Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail
