As an Architectural Project Lead, you will be responsible for managing high-end residential projects, ensuring smooth coordination across design, construction, and client interactions. Your role will involve overseeing project timelines, budgets, and quality control while maintaining our studio’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple residential projects from design development to completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Oversee planning applications, building regulations, and compliance with UK legislation.
  • Develop detailed design solutions, ensuring a high level of quality and execution.
  • Produce and manage technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Provide mentorship to junior team members and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality construction execution.
  • Contribute to business development and client relationship management.
Key Requirements
  • ARB / RIBA Chartered Architect with a minimum of 8+ years of experience.
  • Proven experience in delivering residential projects within the UK.
  • Strong design and technical skills with an eye for bespoke detailing and materiality.
  • Excellent project coordination capabilities, including budgeting and scheduling.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and planning policies.
