Scope of Work

The role will focus on carrying out Fire Risk Assessments across properties in the North East and wider UK, including:

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out Fire Risk Assessments in accordance with current UK legislation and guidance
  • Produce clear, accurate, and well-structured fire risk assessment reports

  • Support ongoing fire risk management and compliance programmes
