We are looking for a Customer Experience Champion to join our team and act as the primary point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will consistently exceed customer expectations by delivering outstanding service aligned with business needs, managing communication across multiple channels, and building long-term customer loyalty. This is a fast‑paced, customer‑focused role suited to someone who is highly organised, detail‑oriented, and passionate about delivering excellence.
Salary: £24,271.10-£29,071.10 per year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:30 (1‑hour lunch break)
Location: Carcomparison Leasing, Marsh Barton, Exeter
What you’ll need:
- Minimum 2 years Vehicle Sales Admin experience (Desirable)
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
What you’ll do:
- Manage the full customer journey from order through delivery and post‑delivery, providing regular updates, taking appropriate actions, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout.
- Act as a key sales support contact for customers and the sales team, maintaining accurate customer records, documentation, invoices, and resolving any discrepancies.
- Liaise with supplying dealers and funder partners to ensure vehicles are prepared, delivered, documented, and customer agreements are completed in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate clearly, courteously, and efficiently with customers, dealers, funders, and internal colleagues across all departments, promoting a culture of quality and excellence.
- Proactively manage inbound and outbound communications, including telephone calls, personal correspondence, and a shared Customer Experience inbox, ensuring response time KPIs are met or exceeded and accurate call notes are recorded.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints in line with company procedures, demonstrating a positive, proactive, and solutions‑focused approach in a fast‑paced environment.
