Salary: Up to £39, 450.00 per annum (PLUS UNCAPPED COMMISION AND AN ADDITIONAL £2,250.00 PER ANNUM FOR FUEL / INSURANCE!)
Hours:Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30 with an hour for lunch
JOB PURPOSE
We’re looking for a driven and self-motivated individual to join our Local Business team in a role that offers excellent progression opportunities. You’ll be responsible for selling new and pre-registered vehicles through leasing partners, building your own portfolio of customers, and developing long-term relationships. Success in this role means exceeding sales targets, delivering exceptional satisfaction, and generating revenue in line with annual budgets
KEY RESPONSBILITIES
- Support the Local Business team by attending customer visits to learn the Carparison way of B2B selling, and prospecting for new opportunities through networking, outbound activity, and internal databases.
- Act as a key point of contact throughout the customer journey, from generating appointments to post-delivery support and contract management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and funders, ensuring excellent service and long-term retention.
- Deliver sales in line with Carparison processes while managing your own pipeline, administration, and diary effectively.
- Maintain accurate customer records, handle deal administration, and communicate clearly with customers, colleagues, and support teams to ensure a smooth end-to-end process
KNOWLEDGE & SPECIFIC JOB SKILLS
- Demonstrates their enthusiasm and passion for selling motor vehicles in the contract hire/leasing industry.
- Is highly motivated, articulate and communicates effectively
- Has sound knowledge of financial product and is trained in sales and telesales.
- Enjoys exceeding customer expectation
