A MEAT DELICATESSEN located on the border of Golders Green (NW11) that supplies meat to its various branches is seeking a trained Butcher. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Cutting, grinding, and preparing meats for sale, including beef, lamb, and poultry.
- Boning beef and maintaining cleanliness of tools and equipment.
- Weighing, packaging, pricing, and displaying products.
- Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Using tools efficiently.
Requirements include proficiency in food preparation and butchery techniques, a strong understanding of food safety regulations, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of various meat cuts and preparation methods is essential.
