This is a fabulous temp-to-perm opportunity for an experienced PA/EA to join a creative, collaborative and passionate organisation, based in stunning offices near Cannon Street.

As the PA / EA you will provide proactive support to two senior managers, undertaking diary management, travel and meeting coordination, email management, client liaison and document and collateral creation. No two days will likely be the same in this role, so we’re looking for someone who has gravitas and a dynamic nature who wants an interesting, varied and fast-paced 1:2 PA / EA role.

The role is office-based Monday-Thursday, with Fridays working from home. Standard hours are 9-5.30 and a salary of £40k-£45k (dependent on experience) is on offer. Please note: This is a temp-perm role, so we are looking for PA / Exec Assistants who are available imminently.

Key responsibilities as the PA / EA:

  • Providing proactive support to two senior managers
  • Extensive email and diary management
  • International travel arrangements and meeting coordination
  • Liaising with international clients, partners and stakeholders
  • Setting up meetings and preparing necessary documentation
  • General business and project support
  • Generating documentation and collateral as required

The ideal candidate will have / be:

  • Previous senior level PA/EA experience in a fast paced environment
  • Experience working in an international organisation is highly beneficial
  • A confident and charismatic personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience liaising with stakeholders and clients
  • Experienced in managing diaries and inboxes and coordinating international meetings and travel
  • A highly organised nature and the ability to take ownership of duties and multitask
  • Detailed approach and pride in delivering accurate work
  • Strong IT skills (including MS 365)
  • A polished and presentable, professional appearance
  • A proactive team player
  • Available imminently and able to commit to a temp to perm role
