We are on the hunt for a proactive, personable and highly organised individual to undertake a new Marketing and Events Coordinator role with our client, a world class commercial hospitality organisation based in Central London. The Marketing and Events Coordinator will join a fast-paced and client-focused organisation, where strong communication, organisation and administrative skills are required, together with a professional nature and the desire to work in a corporate environment.
Ideally, you will be someone who is extremely organised, detail-minded and creative, who will be able to lead the generalist marketing plans to increase sales and strategise client events for venues.

Key responsibilities as the Marketing and Events Coordinator will include:
- Creating suitable marketing campaigns (digital, print and email marketing) to support the sales team
- Managing marketing diary and scheduling accordingly
- Managing website and social media content
- Brand management of all marketing collateral ensuring consistent tone of voice
- Creating ideas for client events and supporting in-house teams to execute
- Creating a calendar of relevant events
- Notifying all employees of the in-house events and ensuring they are marketed well to all clients
- Liaising with suppliers and external parties
- Ensuring all events are set up correctly on-time and on-budget
- Liaising with clients and representing the brand
What we’re looking for:
- Recent Marketing graduate (or similar) with some experience in a marketing and events role, even if part time whilst studying or as an intern
- Highly organised nature with strong attention to detail and confident problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) with the ability to liaise and build relationships at all levels
- Good understanding of generalist marketing - digital, print and email marketing
- Creative nature with diligent accuracy
- Experience coordinating in-house events or charitable events is advantageous
- Good IT literacy including MS Office
- Adaptable and able to work in a flexible, fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Proactive, personable team player
- Impeccable standards of customer service and the desire to join an organisation that is recognised as a leader in providing world class levels of service
- Pride in own appearance and comfortable wearing corporate business attire
- Happy in an office based role, Monday to Friday
