We have a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, reliable and organised Team Administrator / Office Coordinator to join an incredible company in Central London. As the Team / Office Coordinator, you will be the lynchpin to the team, providing day-to-day support and ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Duties will include general administration, meeting and greeting clients, organising diaries and coordinating meetings, assisting with client events, supporting the finance team and maintaining the office. This is an exciting, fast-paced role that requires good multi-tasking and would be ideal for someone who loves a supportive role, making sure everything is running successfully behind the scenes.
Key responsibilities as the Team Coordinator will include:
- General day-to-day team support
- Managing diaries, emails, incoming calls and meetings / appointments
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
- Managing travel bookings and itineraries for meetings and events
- Database maintenance and data entry
- Assisting the finance team with general invoice management, expenses and managing the accounts payable inbox
- Managing and ordering office supplies
- Assisting the team with client events
- Organising internal staff events
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a fast-paced office administration role (c1-2 years experience)
- Excellent organisational skills and strong time-management capabilities
- Confident communication skills with the ability to liaise professionally at all levels
- Proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude
- Client-focused with warm interpersonal skills
- Ability to represent the brand professionally at all times
- Strong MS Office skills and familiarity with office software (Teams, CRM tools etc)
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
