We are on the hunt for a proactive, personable and highly organised individual to undertake a new Events Coordinator role with our client, a world class commercial hospitality organisation based in Central London. The Events Coordinator will join a fast-paced and client-focused organisation, where strong communication, organisation and administrative skills are required, together with a professional nature and the desire to work in a corporate environment.
Ideally, you will be someone who is extremely personable, conscientious and adaptable, who wishes to assist in providing great events to clients based in stunning offices. This is a front-facing position with extensive client liaison, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys interacting with professional individuals.
In a nutshell: We’re seeking a confident, personable, positive and proactive individual with a highly organised nature, excellent attention to detail and accuracy, a creative outlook, good administration skills, the ability to liaise/network at all levels and a desire to join a fast-paced client-centric organisation.

Key responsibilities as the Events Coordinator:
- Organising and hosting client events
- Creating a calendar of relevant events
- Notifying all employees of the in-house events and ensuring they are marketed to all clients
- Liaising with suppliers and external parties
- Ensuring all events are set up correctly on-time and on-budget
- Conducting regular building checks to ensure the luxurious communal spaces are immaculately presented for all events
- Liaising with clients and representing the brand
What we’re looking for:
- Whilst this is an early career role we are looking for some experience in an events/event administration role, even if part time whilst studying
- Highly organised nature with strong attention to detail and confident problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) with the ability to liaise and build relationships at all levels
- Good IT literacy including MS Office
- Adaptable and able to work in a flexible, fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Proactive, personable team player
- Impeccable standards of customer service and the desire to join an organisation that is recognised as a leader in providing world class levels of service
- Pride in own appearance and comfortable wearing corporate business attire
- Happy in an office based role, Monday to Friday
