We are on the hunt for dynamic, proactive and focused individuals to undertake two newly created roles as Lifestyle Office Assistants, working directly with the CEO of a highly successful organisation. These unique roles will suit Office Assistants / Team PAs who have a love of health, fitness and training, as well as the desire to work in a corporate office environment.
The Lifestyle Office Assistants will support an incredibly busy CEO, supporting daily routines, schedules, logistics and both personal and work priorities. It’s unlikely that any two days will be completely the same, although we’re looking for individuals who are organised and diligent and will ensure that tasks are completed consistently and professionally. This is a front-facing position with extensive client liaison, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys interacting at all levels. You will provide exceptional support, being an extension of their business when required.
In a nutshell: We’re seeking confident, personable, positive and proactive individuals with exceptional organisational skills, good administration skills, the ability to liaise/network at all levels, a keen interest in training/fitness and health and a desire to join a fast-paced, professional services organisation.
Please note: there are two roles available so that the CEO is supported throughout the entire day. These are office based and shifts can either be 7am-2pm or 10pm-7pm, Monday to Friday and can be subject to change with the needs of the business.
Key responsibilities as the Lifestyle Office Assistant will include:
- Maintaining CEO’s daily routines and agreed habits
- Supporting day-start and day-end routines
- Running errands and assisting with day-to-day logistics
- Ensuring CEO’s personal and work environments are organised and ready for the day
- Scheduling and organising training sessions and appointments
- Recording and tracking basic health and performance metrics
- Working with the CEO’s EA, tracking key tasks and ensuring agreed actions are completed
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a senior support role that involved generalist support
- Ability to anticipate needs and communicating potential issues early
- A disciplined and structured approach to daily tasks
- Ability to proactively support and use own initiative
- Highly organised nature
- Calm under pressure with ability to focus on practical solutions
- Professional, discrete, reliable and conscientious
- Interest / experience in fitness training / health is highly advantageous
- Pride in own appearance and comfortable wearing business attire
- Happy in an office-based role working the shifts as listed
