Joining what will feel like a startup environment, yet with the security, reputation and magnitude of a global organisation, the B2B Sales Engineer will be tasked with securing significant contracts with UK-wide electricity distribution network operators, and helping to establish and then propel the UK arm of the business, growing a team as the business expands.

- Producing detailed presentations and undertaking product deep-dives with clients
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients
- Managing the sales process and ensuring client satisfaction
- Undertaking marketing activities as required
- Growing the team when required
- Maintaining an accurate database/CRM

- Willingness and ability to travel regularly, primarily within the UK and Ireland
- A relevant degree (electrical engineering or similar) is advantageous
- Entrepreneurial and business-savvy individual
- Start-up mindset, driven to build success
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
- A ‘little black book’ of industry contacts is highly desirable
- IT literate with experience of using a CRM
- Ability to travel regularly throughout the UK

Our client is offering a competitive basic salary £70k-£80k, plus a generous bonus scheme. You could be based anywhere in the UK for this role, but will need to be able to travel regularly throughout the UK and Ireland.
