We’re on the hunt for a dynamic, proactive and inquisitive Client Qualifying Lead, with exceptional customer service skills and excellent communication skills/interpersonal capabilities, to join a fast-paced, rapid-growth organisation based in Central London. This role would suit a tenacious, confident and approachable individual who can think on their feet, use their initiative and build immediate rapport with clients over the phone. You will love people interaction, ascertaining needs and solving problems and will thrive in a client-focused environment where you follow up warm leads, qualifying them in order to support the sales process.

Whilst this isn’t a ‘sales’ role, it does require a sales mentality, an eagerness to succeed and the desire to offer an exceptional service to prospect clients; it is perfect for someone who has had experience in customer service/client servicing roles, who is looking to progress their career in a sales environment. The long-term prospects in this organisation are unlimited - success in this role will offer the potential to grow further in the role, the team or in internal career moves.

Key responsibilities as the Sales Qualifying Lead will include:

  • Qualifying warm inbound leads
  • Researching leads as required
  • Proactive outreach to prospective clients
  • Ascertaining initial needs and requirements
  • Building instant rapport with prospects
  • Representing the company in all communications
  • Maintaining and managing enquiry pipelines using Salesforce
  • Maintaining accurate records

What we’re looking for:

  • Demonstrable success in similar phone-based customer service, client support or lead qualifying roles, ideally within property/real estate, serviced offices, B2B or corporate hospitality
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise professionally and successfully at all levels
  • Business savvy, results-driven and hungry for success
  • Passionate about meeting and exceeding targets
  • Highly skilled at building and maintaining effective business relationships
  • Adaptable and resilient, you will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and challenging environment
  • Good research skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • IT literate with strong MS office skills and experience using CRM tools (Salesforce experience beneficial)
