We are on the hunt for a dynamic, personable and organised individual to undertake a Client Services Assistant role with our client, a world class commercial hospitality organisation based in Central London. The Client Services Assistant will join a fast-paced and client-focused team, where impeccable communication, organisation and administrative skills are required.
You will be someone who is extremely personable, professional and adaptable, who wishes to assist in providing a world class service to clients based in stunning offices. This is a front-facing position with extensive client liaison, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys interacting at all levels. You will provide exceptional support, being an extension of their business when required.
In a nutshell: We’re seeking a confident, personable, positive and proactive individual with exceptional standards of client/customer service, good administration skills, the ability to liaise/network at all levels and a desire to join a fast-paced client-centric organisation.

Key responsibilities as the Client Services Assistant will include:
- Administrative support to clients
- Organising and hosting client events
- Maintaining databases and client records
- Conducting regular building checks to ensure the luxurious communal spaces are immaculate at all times
- Assisting in designing office spaces
- Liaising with clients and representing the brand
What we’re looking for:
- Whilst this is an entry-level role we are looking for some experience in a client services/customer service position or client-facing administration role, even if part time whilst studying
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) with the ability to liaise and build relationships at all levels
- Highly organised nature with strong attention to detail and confident problem solving skills
- Good IT literacy including MS Office
- Adaptable and able to work in a flexible, fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Proactive, personable team player
- Impeccable standards of customer service and the desire to join an organisation that is recognised as a leader in providing world class levels of service
- Pride in own appearance and comfortable wearing business attire
