HR Manager – Corporate Hospitality / Real Estate – Central London – up to £80k + Benefits – Temp to Perm – Immediate start available
We are on the hunt for a forward-thinking and dynamic HR Manager, with CIPD Level 7 and broad experience gained at a senior level, to join our client, a rapid-growth corporate hospitality provider based in Central London.
The HR Manager will be responsible leading the full range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training and development and HR compliance.
A strategic mindset, solid business acumen and the skill and experience to implement new systems and processes is what we’re looking for, together with impeccable communication skills, an organised nature, a professional demeanour and the ability and tenacity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and client-focused environment.

Key responsibilities as the HR Manager will include:
- Leading the full range of HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training and development and HR compliance
- Building the HR strategy inline with the company’s goals and objectives
- Implementing new streamlined systems and processes from in-depth process mapping
- Supporting key organisational changes
- Proactively managing complex HR challenges
- Managing talent acquisition activity at all levels across the business
- Managing onboarding and offboarding processes
- Overseeing inductions, training, appraisals and career journeys
- Drafting policies, contracts and HR documentation
- Attending senior team meetings and reporting to the Board
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices, UK employment law and regulations

What we’re looking for:
- CIPD qualified, ideally Level 7
- Demonstrable broad HR experience in senior roles
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, UK employment law and regulations
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures
- IT literate with a keen interest in HR systems and AI tools
- Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset and proactive problem-solving skills
- Exceptional talent acquisition capabilities, recruiting for a diverse range of roles in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced in managing the entire recruitment process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise at all levels
