We have a great opportunity for a knowledgeable and skilled Internal IT Product Manager or an IT professional looking for the next step in their career to work for this Security Enterprise. Working directly for the IT Director your advance IT knowledge will allow you to identify products existing and new that can improve the Company’s efficiency. This newly created role will utilise your experience juggling multiple projects, from inception to completion including managing budgets, costs, installation, implementation, training and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product strategies consistent with the company vision.
- Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant products, market, and competition.
- Lead the implementation of new tools and system enhancements.
- Ensure internal systems align with business goals and compliance standards.
- Identify areas for growth and create strategic product line roadmaps to help drive adoption of the products and differentiating features.
- Collect and analyse feedback from stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and products.
- Build and develop strong relationships with all areas of the business to include all HQ departments, Operational Management and Senior Leadership teams.
- Analyse potential partner relationships for the product and lead the effort to integrate our applications with other leading industry systems.
- Work with development teams, stakeholders and 3rd parties to create test plans.
- Manage agile product development process from project management point of view.
- Manage integrations through to completion whether they be with internal or external systems.
- Identify and act on opportunities to improve and update software and systems whilst developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organisation and conducting regular system audits.
- Manage all lifecycle stages for a product from ideation through sunset, with responsibility for ensuring that deliverables are understood, and releases are delivered on time.
- Serve as an in-house expert for our products and become the go-to person for all functional issues.
- Define and manage timeframes for products including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages.
- Develop, create and present training packages and product documentation for new and updated systems.
What we are looking for:
- Strong understanding of enterprise software and internal workflows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and HRIS systems.
- Experience of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 builds and integration.
- 2+ years of experience in product or systems management.
