We’re on the hunt for a highly organised and detail-oriented Investor Relations Assistant, with strong business acumen and client-facing skills. You will be the first point of contact for our valued clients and provide exceptional service and support. This is a fast-paced role in a busy environment, so we’re looking for someone incredibly focused and professional with a business mind. Experience within asset management would be advantageous along with client onboarding, KYC/AML knowledge but not essential.

Key responsibilities:

  • Investor Onboarding and Reporting
  • Managing extensive diaries across several time zones
  • Management of multiple email inboxes
  • Maintain accurate up-to-date client records on the CRM System
  • Undertaking research as required
  • Preparing presentations, reports and summaries
  • Preparing Investor reports
  • Coordinating meetings and preparing agendas and presentations
  • Prepare and distribute marketing materials

What we’re looking for:

  • Client-facing experience in any industry is a plus.
  • Proven administrative and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
  • A desire to learn about the asset management industry.
  • Ability to work independently without supervision and as part of a team.
