We have an incredible opportunity available for an experienced SDR or BDR, with a SaaS background, to join a fantastic, immediately successful FinTech startup in London.
This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced, highly motivated and results-driven SDR or BDR, with success in a similar organisation, to join a fast-paced team and help drive the growth and development of their client base. With the opportunity to personally grow in the role and progress to Account Executive, this is a genuinely incredible opportunity for a business savvy, forward-thinking and entrepreneurial BDR with the tenacity and drive to work hard and reap the rewards. This is a hybrid working role with 3-4 days/week required in the London office.
The Role:
- Working closely with the Sales, Marketing and Product teams, you will build strong sales pipelines, conduct outbound prospecting, qualify inbound leads, communicate the benefits and value proposition of the product to prospect clients and schedule discovery calls and demos.
Therefore, we’re looking for a dynamic individual with impeccable communication and interpersonal skills, 1-2+ years in a similar role within a SaaS environment and a results-driven mindset.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Outbound prospecting to identify and engage potential clients
- Qualifying inbound leads and referring to Account Execs
- Ascertaining client pain points and communicating the value proposition of the product
- Scheduling discovery calls and product demos for the sales team
- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and progress in CRM
- Collaborating with marketing team on campaigns, events and lead nurturing
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on industry trends and competitors
What we’re looking for:
- Success in a similar BDR / SDR role within a SaaS environment
- Previous experience in FinTech, financial services or ERP is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to present the value proposition of the FinTech SaaS solution clearly
- Good research and qualifying skills
- Understanding of financial services, cash flow and/or treasury functions is desirable
- Experience with CRM tools and sales prospecting platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, SalesLoft etc)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment
- Ambitious, driven and focused

- IT literate with strong MS Office
