Customer Success Manager – Product Implementation & Training - Innovative Security / Tech Solutions - Nr Bromley / Orpington / Sevenoaks – up to £50k

We are on the hunt for an experienced Product Implementation/Training Account Manager, with a customer-focused, project management approach, to join a rapid-growth innovative tech / security company, as their Customer Success Manager.

Based near Orpington / Bromley / Sevenoaks, this strategic role would suit someone who is passionate about client satisfaction whilst also being technically savvy, focused on training delivery and product deployment, and skilled in managing product / project rollouts.

In a nutshell: We’re looking for a technical communicator, a training expert and a project rollout manager all rolled into one – with the added passion for client success and customer satisfaction!

Key responsibilities as the Customer Success Manager will include:

• Post-sales account management, ensuring client satisfaction and account success
• Delivering an excellent client onboarding experience for all new clients
• Leading the product deployment and implementation processes
• Managing the roll out from start to finish, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Designing and delivering client training programmes to enhance the clients’ competence and confidence with the products
• Building scaleable on-boarding tools, training modules and quick-reference materials
• Developing ‘train-the-trainer’ programmes to ensure wide adoption of products within client organisations
• Tracking client metrics and producing reports, presentations and insights
• Developing robust relationships with clients to ensure renewals and proactively identifying up-selling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in similar Customer Success, Account Management or Product Implementation roles
• Solid project management capabilities – skilled in structured, phased project rollouts
• Experienced in training delivery and/or product implementation, ideally with CPD-accredited or professional-standard training
• Technically-savvy – confidence and ability to discuss product technology and SaaS platforms in depth
• Exceptional communication skills and proven experience building and maintaining lasting business relationships with client base
• Organised and structured approach
• Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle
• Flexibility to travel regularly to meet with clients
