Events and Stakeholder Manager - National Charity – London / Kent - £60k-£69k (DoE)
We are delighted to be recruiting for a fantastic Events and Stakeholder Manager role with a national charity.
This position requires an experienced individual with a demonstrable track record of designing and planning high-quality events for HNWIs, corporate organisations or high-profile clients.
As the Events and Stakeholder Manager, you will be responsible for leading senior stakeholder events programmes, managing events teams and budgets and ensuring that the events are aligned to business goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
With a strategic outlook, you will shape and manage a varied programme of events, identify opportunities to enhance stakeholder engagement, set ambitious goals for prospect engagement and lead on event communications and marketing.
Key responsibilities as the Events and Stakeholder Manager will include:
Curating exclusive and high-quality engagement events for HNWIs, major corporate supporters and clients, ensuring all events achieve senior stakeholder engagement goals
Strategically ensuring that all events focus on guest experience, learning, interaction opportunities and engagement and that they attract new supporters and support existing relationships
Planning all senior stakeholder events and event marketing, managing budgets, content and deliverables
Ensuring all events are delivered to an extremely high standard
Building and maintaining relationships with a range of venues, professional suppliers and volunteers, and negotiating contracts as required
Undertaking financial reporting and event budget forecasting
Maintaining accurate records, overseeing risk assessments and undertaking contingency planning
Leading on event communications and advising on messaging and content for all events
Capturing and evaluating stakeholder feedback together with post event analysis, and providing future event recommendations
Ensuring post-engagement follow up and relationship development with all prospective and existing stakeholders
