Caron Group is seeking a Regional Maintenance Co-ordinator to join our in-house Facilities team. You will manage regional maintenance across South/Mid Wales, prioritising tasks, coordinating with internal teams and external contractors, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
You will have solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems and general building works, plus experience in facilities management within a care-home setting.
