Caron Group in Wales is seeking a Wellbeing/Activities Support to enrich residents' lives across our care homes. You will assist the Wellbeing Lead to plan and run meaningful activities and a lifestyle programme, helping residents stay engaged and supported with dignity.
You will build partnerships with the local community, arrange events, accompany residents on outings, and promote wellbeing among staff, while maintaining a safe, respectful home where every resident matters.
