Caron Group Limited is seeking a proactive Business Support to join our family of care homes in Wales. You will perform a broad range of reception, administrative, secretarial and HR duties, supporting the Site Manager in daily operations and acting as the first point of contact for visitors.

You will handle payroll summaries, maintain records, assist with staff induction and training, and help manage rostering and compliance. A collaborative, caring approach is essential to fit our ethos.
