What you'll be doing as a Retail Area Manager:
- Leading, supporting and challenging a group of c15 stores to deliver excellent customer service, strong standards and commercial results
- Being the heartbeat of your area, energising teams, shaping performance and keeping everyone focused on the customer
- Coaching Store Managers to build confident, customer-focused teams
- Driving sales and profitability through people-first, hands-on leadership
- Managing stock, payroll, compliance and store performance across your area
- Spotting opportunities, solving problems and keeping your stores running smoothly
- Acting as the key link between stores, Head Office and the senior leadership team
- Playing a meaningful role in helping steer the business as it continues to evolve
What you'll bring to the role as a Retail Area Manager:
- At least 2 years proven multi-site experience in a fast-paced, multi-product retail environment
- A hands-on, flexible approach and a positive can-do attitude
- Strong people skills, you know how to motivate, influence and lead to get the best from your teams
- A sharp eye for sales, KPIs and compliance
- Confidence with reports, data and turning insight into action
- High levels of organisation and PC literacy
- The ambition and potential to grow into broader leadership over time
