About the role

We’re looking for a hands-on Store Manager to lead a busy high-street store specialising in cards, gifts and partyware. You’ll take ownership of your store, drive performance and create a brilliant experience for customers and your team. You’ll be the kind of manager who leads from the front, sets the tone on the shop floor and brings energy to every shift. It’s a great opportunity for an experienced Store Manager or a strong Assistant Manager ready for the next step. This is a hands-on retail leadership role where you’ll oversee day-to-day store operations, drive KPIs and lead a small team in a fast-paced high-street environment.
