What you'll be doing as an Area Manager:

As the Area Manager, you'll support and challenge approximately 15 stores across West Sussex and Kent, driving sales and profitability through motivational leadership, excellent customer service, hands-on coaching and smart management of people, stock and resources. This is a role where your influence matters. You'll be the heartbeat of your area, energising teams, shaping performance and helping steer the business as it continues to grow.

What you'll bring to the Area Manager role:

  • At least 2 years proven multi-site experience in a fast-paced, multi-product retail environment
  • A hands-on, flexible approach and a positive can-do attitude
  • Strong people skills, you know how to motivate, influence and lead
  • A sharp eye for sales, KPIs and compliance

  • High levels of organisation and PC literacy
