What you'll be doing as a Retail Area Manager:

  • Leading, supporting and challenging a group of stores to deliver excellent customer service, strong standards and commercial results
  • Being the heartbeat of your area, energising teams, shaping performance and keeping everyone focused on the customer
  • Coaching Store Managers to build confident, customer-focused teams
  • Driving sales and profitability through people-first, hands-on leadership
  • Managing stock, payroll, compliance and store performance across your area
  • Spotting opportunities, solving problems and keeping your stores running smoothly
  • Acting as the key link between stores, Head Office and the senior leadership team
  • Playing a meaningful role in helping steer the business as it continues to evolve

What you'll bring to the role as a Retail Area Manager:

  • At least 2 years proven multi-site experience in a fast-paced, multi-product retail environment
  • A hands-on, flexible approach and a positive can-do attitude
  • Strong people skills, you know how to motivate, influence and lead to get the best from your teams
  • A sharp eye for sales, KPIs and compliance
  • Confidence with reports, data and turning insight into action
  • High levels of organisation and PC literacy
  • The ambition and potential to grow into broader leadership over time
