We're a leading British design brand in cards, stationery, stylish home and gifting products, and looking for Seasonal Sales Associates to join our amazing team at our flagship store on Marylebone High Street to spark joy this Christmas! We have four fixed-term and part-time roles available: 18 hours per week.
Role Overview:
- Working closely with the Store Manager and Marylebone shop team, you will undertake a variety of duties, including but not limited to:
- Maximising sales & providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Assisting customers in the selection and purchase of products.
- Following all company standards in relation to customer service and the customer loyalty program.
- Representing the Caroline Gardner brand to the highest standards in all daily activities.
Your Responsibilities:
- Maximising every selling opportunity to achieve store and individual sales targets and KPI indicators.
- Providing excellent levels of customer care and identifying customer needs & answering all product-related questions while displaying excellent product knowledge.
- Following Company procedures and processes to maintain security of stock, customer records and cash handling.
- Enhancing and maintaining brand standards of merchandise presentation and housekeeping.
- Capturing customer data and encouraging repeat visits and customer loyalty.
- Participating in all store meetings and training events as required and fostering a team working attitude while being open to constructive feedback.
- Communicating all potential health and safety risks to the store manager.
- Undertaking any other tasks as outlined by the store management.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrable experience of retail sales.
- Demonstrable strong and effective sales skills.

- Successfully able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities.

Role Type: FTC - 4 month contracts (Mid-October 2026 - January 2027) Across three days, 18hrs per week, 10.30am – 5.00pm OR 1.15pm-7.15pm, hours may vary, and you will be asked to work a combination of both shift patterns.
