Caroline Gardner Publishing, a leading British design brand in cards, stationery, stylish home and gifting products, is looking for a creative and driven Greetings Card & Gift Wrap Designer to join our team as soon as possible!
We’re looking for a creative Junior Designer with a great eye for colour, style and detail to design everyday and seasonal cards, wrap and gift bags across a range of mediums and Adobe tools.
What you’ll do:
- Design 'house' style cards, wrap that feel fresh, commercial and uniquely Caroline Gardner.
- Develop new colour palettes, patterns, illustrations and themes.
- Work across multiple projects, informed by customer insights and sales data.
- Research trends through comp shops, workshops, exhibitions and competitor reviews.
- Prepare artwork for print, manage your own deadlines and ensure all designs are delivered accurately and on time.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Buying/Merchandising and suppliers to bring ranges to life.
- Maintain release admin, track approvals and support wider design tasks as needed.
What you’ll bring:
- 2+ years’ design experience and a relevant design degree.
- Strong Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign skills.
- A portfolio that shows creativity, commercial awareness and a passion for illustration and pattern.
- Excellent organisation, communication and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail and comfort working on multiple briefs at pace.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and take feedback.

Role type: Permanent & full-time role (hybrid - five days per week, 3 days in the office & 2 days from home) 9.00am–5.30pm.
