Caroline Gardner Publishing is seeking an experienced operations leader to join as Operations Manager or Head of Operations. The role sits across our London office and Banbury warehouse, helping shape how the business operates as we grow, improve processes and connect departments for scalable, efficient operations.
You will lead cross-functional planning and delivery, align Sales, Buying, Merchandising, Finance and Logistics, and work with the Warehouse Manager to drive performance and customer satisfaction.
