Caroline Gardner Publishing, a leading British design brand in cards, stationery, stylish home and gifting products, is looking for an experienced and relationship-led Field-Based Sales Representative to join our team from March/April 2026. This new role is responsible for developing long-term partnerships with independent stockists, winning new business, and expanding the circulation of Caroline Gardner gift products within the region.
It is a field-based role, with most of the time spent visiting customers, supported by a showroom base at our Banbury warehouse for appointments, seasonal range presentations, and internal sales activity. This is an opportunity to bring our Midlands representation in-house, playing a key role in shaping how we work with independent retailers and unlocking future growth through strong relationships, consistent service, and thoughtful selling.
