  • Ensure accurate, on-time fulfilment and great customer service.
  • Own Health & Safety standards and incident reporting.
  • Maintain strong stock control and inventory accuracy.
  • Use WMS and reporting tools to track performance and drive efficiency.
  • Improve processes as the operation grows.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Buying and Merchandising teams.
  • Pre-Go-Live: Support setup and operational readiness for the new site.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience managing warehouse operations and inventory.
  • A hands-on, supportive leader with clear communication skills.
  • Confident using Excel, WMS and data to drive decisions.
  • Organised, proactive and improvement-focused.
  • Solid Health & Safety awareness.
  • Adaptable and comfortable with changing priorities.
  • Physically capable when needed; forklift licences a bonus.
  • Someone who’s thoughtful, practical, open and collaborative.

Work with a creative, values-led brand celebrating 30+ years of design excellence. Be part of a B Corp-certified business committed to people, planet, and profit. Enjoy benefits including staff discount (up to 65%), annual bonus, pension & GLA, EAP, generous holiday allowance, a birthday day off and more!

Competitive salary depending on your experience. Role type: This is a permanent, full-time role (start date to be agreed). Standard working hours are approximately 8.00am–4.30pm, with flexibility to support early deliveries or late dispatch during peak periods, weekend moves or stock transfers. Location: Banbury.
