Key Responsibilities- Execute couture-level alterations on luxury bridal gowns
- Work with the finest silks, crepes, tulles, and bias-cut fabrics with expert finesse
- Adapt and refine complex corsetry and internal structures, staying true to the Castigliano aesthetic
- Conduct fittings with sensitivity, professionalism, and absolute attention to detail
- Collaborate closely with our atelier and styling teams to uphold the Caroline Castigliano standard of excellence
